While Intersectionalty is mainly about women's oppressions/discriminations, it would also be interesting to see intersectionality be applied to men, which might be something that I could look at for my project further down the road.

Could reverse the roles of Kiel and Apple. Keep them as they are but gender-reverse them.
Could challenge myself by doing this; the two characters were made to be those genders but reversing them could be interesting...
Kyle could have curly hair (still red) - merida (refernece) short curly hair, round face - african american? - loish - little rebel, acts tough but is cute
Art style/theme could be like the french revolution - red being a primary colour - importance of Kyle - clothing could be similar to that time too (big city, poverty) (Les Miserables Film)
Apple - short straight hair - maybe not even in the story! - could be that Kyle don't need no man
